Very complex aromas with black cherry and elderberry, savoury notes of juniper and clove, a touch of tobacco. On the palate, fresh acidity with a well-integrated, velvety tannic structure and a mineral character. This results in an elegance which continues into the full-bodied finish with subtle earthy and peppery tones. Good potential!
