Yeasty aroma, rubber, sugared pink grapefruit. Full and full-bodied on the palate, round and delicately texture, with long-lasting but still fine acidity, with plenty of juice and playfulness despite the overall plump impression. Very restrained sweetness - very fitting for this style.
