Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter
Cream colored with reddish reflections. Initially yeast and flint on the nose, then quince, rosehip, and a little pepper. Juicy, intensely tactile and mineral on the palate, a sporty type with a rather lean interpretation of alcohol, but still with substance. Fine acidity and a comparatively low sweetness give the wine a gastronomic twist.
