Medium golden yellow. Mature bouquet with woody notes, hints of nougat, burnt cream, roasted almonds, apple, honey. Pithy attack, rather lean, acidic, straightforward, lemony and nutty aromas. Medium-long finish. Elegant, distinctive, albeit clearly mature wine.
