Subtle notes of corn husk and lemon play amidst the slightly smoky notes of brioche on the nose. The palate is beautifully slender, pristine and supplied with very fine mousse that gently fizzes. A lovely edge of bitter almond appears on the mid palate. The finish is taut, lemony, bright. A very elegant wine.
