Clear, rich straw yellow, finely effervescent mousse. Opens on the nose with notes of roasted hazelnuts, shortcrust pastry and a hint of café au lait, with baked apple in the background. Creamy and round on the palate and finish, lots of fine mousse that blends in well, with a long finish.
