Bright straw yellow colour with green reflections, delicate mousse. Harmonious interplay of brioche and citrus fruit on the nose, reminiscent of Amalfi lemon, followed by a hint of dandelion blossom. Juicy and animating on the palate, with a harmonious structure, and a salty, lingering finish.
