The red wine Asili Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Ceretto has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Shiny, intense ruby garnet. Fine nose with notes of raspberry, plum and pomegranate, roasted chestnut in the background. Blooms richly on the palate, lots of ripe fruit, plums and cherries, some cinnamon, opens with dense, firm tannin, equipped with lots of sweet texture, finely meshed tannin, very long finish.
