The red wine Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Ceretto has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Othmar Kiem, Ulrich Sautter, Dominik Vombach with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright ruby, ochre reflections, discreet brightening at the rim. Tobacco spice, a hint of damp earth, raspberry and clove. Elegant, good complexity, very polished tannin, round and smooth on the palate, juicy fruit, already well developed.
