Clear, medium density ruby, light rim. Presented on the nose with pronounced savoury notes, then lots of fresh plum, with a slight hint of ginger in the background. On the palate, grippy tannins in many layers, embedded in fine texture, notes of tobacco, firm drive on the finish.
