Tasting Notes
Strong yellow-green, fine, persistent mousse. Freshly scented pears and ginger underpinned by notes of delicate brioche, with elegantly refined nuances and a hint of green nuts. On the palate, crisp and tenderly expressive, elegant texture flanked by an extraordinary freshness, gripping minerality followed by an enormous length with reverberations of yellow fruit. Despite zero dosage, the wine is supported by a fine sweetened fruit and a saline finish. Great potential.
