Light golden yellow with green reflections, fine mousse. Multi-layered cuvée of Pinot Noir, Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Chardonnay. Intense flavours of yellow fruit, apple, pear, with an exotic touch of pineapple and lime. A hint of honey blossom with hints of brioche, harmonious acidity with wonderful freshness and some extracted sweetness. The aftertaste is delicately fruity and persistent. A Champagne for special moments.
