Tasting Notes
Light greenish-yellow, silver reflections; fine, very persistent mousse. Fine toasty aromas, white stone fruit nuances underlaid with chalky minerality, savoury-sweet nuances, discreet blossom honey; with air, fine pear note and reductive nuances. Full-bodied, powerful, a hint of ground hazelnut, ripe peach, substantial and incredibly refined at the same time, wonderful freshness and length, salty, grapefruit finish. An impressive style with clear Vieilles Vignes character. (May 2013/Dec. April 2019).
