Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow with silver reflections and a lively, fine mousse. On the nose there is fresh yellow pear, a touch of greengage and delicate hints of cucumber. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with fine yellow tropical fruit, white stone fruit, taut acidity and a mineral finish with lemony-salty flavours. Good length and versatile. (Disgorged 9/02/2021) .
