Disgorged 02/2025 Medium white gold colour, pink reflections. Strawberries and cool cassis on the nose, subtle rhubarb and white peach, pastry nuances, some orange blossom and yeast. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a fine mousse and a fruity, ripe berryish centre. Lingers for a long time.
