Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections, very fine, subtle mousse. Delicate yellow tropical fruit, a hint of mango, honey blossom, tobacco nuances. Taut, tightly woven, white pear, lively acidity, fine fruit sweetness, mineral, delicately salty on the finish, a full-bodied food companion with a chalky aftertaste, medium length. (deg. 02/2021)
