Tasting Notes
Medium yellow, silver shimmers, fine, persistent mousse. A softly scented note reminiscent of brioche, pleasant herbal spicy nuances, a hint of citrus zest, a mineral touch followed by a dash of honey. Full-bodied, ripe pears and apples notes, elegantly structured, expressive, yellow peach on the finish. It appears to be very youthful, multi-faceted aromas and exhibits a very good length. It’s rounded off with reverberant toasty aromas, good ageing potential.
