Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, lively, persistent mousse. Subtle, multi-faceted bouquet, a hint of herbs, delicate dried fruit and a dash of honey pervaded by nuances of yellow fruit. On the palate full-bodied, fresh and elegant, finely structured followed by a delicate kiss of wood and a mineral-salty finish. Great length and finesse, great potential.
