Tasting Notes
Bright salmon red, orange shimmers, intense mousse. A very intense bouquet of red berry fruits, hints of minerality, fine floral nuances underlaid with a delightful spiciness, a very multilayered, attractive bouquet. Fascinating floral accents also on the palate reminiscent of rose water, candied violets, supported by an elegant acidity, black cherry nuances and showing a distinctive Pinot Noir character in the finish, mineral and intense in the aftertaste, already very convincing despite its youthfulness. Not only a great Champagne, but also a great wine.
