Pale yellow gold with silver reflections and a fine, rather delicate mousse. A touch of yellow gooseberry, delicate pineapple, white flowers, honeydew melon notes and subtle tangerine zest. Taut, complex and tightly meshed on the palate, white apple fruit, the 8 or so grams of sugar lend a fruity opulence, some baking and honey on the finish, will certainly benefit from a few years of bottle ageing, very approachable style.
