Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.11.2016: Peter Moser

Bright golden yellow, silver hues, fine, well persistent mousse. Mineral, fine herbal spice, ripe yellow fruit nuances, delicate honey and biscuit notes, red berry nuances in the background, immensely multifaceted and inviting. Juicy, firm and elegant, creamy texture, ample white peach nuances and taut acidity, pleasant spiciness and delicate sweetness followed by a hint of cherries in the aftertaste. Chalky minerality on the finish, great potential. A Blanc de Noirs at its best.
