Tasting Notes
Medium greenish-yellow, silver reflections, fine, very persistent mousse. Notes of mango and ripe yellow apple underlaid with delicate brioche nuances, discreet blossom honey, also fresh floral-citric elements in the bouquet. Juicy, tight-knit, creamy texture with white stone fruit touch, lively, animating structure, traces of lemongrass, and green apple on the mineral finish. Vinous style, a multi-faceted food wine. (Deg. 11/2017).
