Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow, lively, fine mousse. A brioche scent, honey and herbs, delicate woody aromas underlaid with fine lemony nuances, stone fruit notes of ripe greengage, delicately nutty bouquet. Taut, tightly meshed on the palate, initially white fruit accents, very lively structure, subsequently mature notes appear, some caramel and candied orange zest, dark notes of walnuts and bergamot, a hint of pink grapefruit and salty minerality on the finish.
More about the tastingA little yeast and wood, tangerine, dried yellow fruit nuances, complex fragrance with mineral undertones. Very fine mousse, which offers volume. Discreet acidity, good substance, dense, gripping and at the same time supple followed by phenolic notes. Great elegance, youthful and compact on the finish.
