Tasting Notes
Deeper golden yellow in colour with silver reflections and a fine, lively mousse. On the nose, aromas are delicately nutty, with fine herbal spices and candied kumquat zest, underpinned by notes of walnut. The palate is complex with taut acidity, notes of fine white apple and pear and a lemony-saline finish of medium length. Already developed, this is a fine, savoury food wine. (11/5/2023).
