Tasting Notes
Medium green yellow colour, fine, persistent mousse. Pleasant yellow fruit flavours, fine orange zest, a hint of stone fruit, some blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, yellow tropical fruit notes, finesse-rich acidity, lemony nuances, mineral-salty nuances, lingers well, fresh and stimulating to drink, good future with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingLight golden yellow, fine mousse. Distinctive bouquet of toasted aromas, toast, candied orange zest, ripe yellow apple nuances and a favourable oxidative note followed by blossom honey and a dash of marzipan. Complex and full-bodied on the palate, nuances of peach, recurring brioche tones, but readied with a vibrant freshness and citrus nuances that offer the wine great length, mineral finish, savoury and delicately resonating ginger tones. A definite improver!
