Tasting from 26.11.2021: Peter Moser

Bright, rich gold. Captivating, ripe bouquet of roasted nuts, crème caramel, underpinned by preserved citrus fruit and delicately fragrant yellow tropical fruit. Very fine, juicy acidity and creamy texture on the palate with a soft mousse are elegant and still youthful. Salty pastry on the finish. Good certain ageing potential.
