Tasting Notes
Medium straw yellow with golden reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness, a hint of roasted pineapple, ripe mango and some blossom honey on the nose, with nuances of cookie and white nougat. Medium complexity on the palate with a core of white peach backed by a fine acidity. The ripe tropical fruit on the finish lends a sweet touch to the aftertaste. Already well developed, with some grapefruit notes on the finish. (Disgorged 12/22, PM).
