Medium golden yellow with silver reflections and a delicate, persistent mousse. On the nose there are aromas of ripe yellow apple, nuances of honey, fresh orange zest, some brioche and a touch of white blossom. Medium complexity on the palate, with notes of apple, some pear, fresh acidity, minerality and a taut finish. Still very youthful.
