Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser

Bright pale golden yellow. Compact savoury herbal nuances, lemon peel, yeasty nuances with airy caramel notes. A fine mousse accompanied by soft acidity coating the palate, followed by a good depth of extract. Roasted nuts and a little tobacco linger well into the finish. A harmonious food accompaniment.
