Medium golden yellow in colour with brassy reflections and a lively mousse. Candied mandarin zest, ripe pear fruit, dried apricots and a mineral touch on the nose. The palate is juicy and elegant with a core of white apple backed by fresh acidity and some mineral nuances. There's some peach and a hint of wild strawberries on the finish. A versatile companion at the table. (PM).
