The champagne NV »Rosé Velours« Sec from the winery Champagne Pannier has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay from the region Champagne in France.
A dark salmon orange colour. Quince, some caramel and aromas of ripe Pinot berries on the nose. The palate is round and soft, slightly sweet, the mousse is very creamy and reinforces the impression of mildness. A pinch of phenolics gives the wine structure and density on the finish, with medium aromatic length and intensity.
