Strong, dense, dark red; restrained, black-fruited bouquet, slightly animalistic, plummy, very fresh; lively, fresh attack on the palate, medium-bodied, distinctive, polished tannin, gripping acidity; persistent finish. Still youthfully impetuous, elegant Syrah, be sure to decant!.
