Strong, dense red; bouquet is restrained yet with depth, discreet wood imprint, notes of rosehip, red sour cherry, milk chocolate; on the palate juicy attack, medium weight, fine-grained tannin, vivid acidity, grippy structure; finishes long and dry. Modern, compact Merlot with maturity and certain ageing potential.
