Pale straw yellow with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. White tropical fruit, a hint of mango and grapefruit zest on the nose, with some blossom honey in the background. Medium complexity on the palate with nuances of red apple, a subtle acidity and a fruity-sweet finish. A versatile everyday Champagne. (PM).
