Brilliant golden yellow colour. Yellow peach, white flowers, a hint of woodruff and fresh butter on the nose. Juicy and creamy on the palate, with a fine mousse, well-balanced acidity and pleasantly integrated fruit sweetness. Delicate notes of mint and grapefruit characterise the delicately tart, mineral-accented finish. Animating drinking flow.
