Pale golden yellow with silver reflections and a delicate, persistent mousse. Fine yellow tropical fruit, a hint of ripe mango and pineapple with a hint of lime zest underneath. Medium body, with white apple, a fresh structure and subtle fruit expression on the finish. The wine has a mineral aftertaste and makes an uncomplicated food companion.
