Medium salmon pink with silver reflections and a lively, fine mousse. Fresh red fruits of the forest, nuances of raspberry and preserved cherry; a lemony touch. Slender palate with fine strawberry confit and redcurrants. Mineral and chalky on the finish with a hint of figs in the aftertaste. Already easy to drink.
