Medium salmon pink. Intense bouquet of blood orange, blackcurrant and nuances of wild strawberry confit. Full-bodied palate characterised by fine-grained tannins and savoury black pepper notes. Very good length characterised by the wood with mineral depth on the finish. Still needs time. Perfect food companion.
