Tasting Notes
Complex aromas of gooseberry meringue, melon, apricot, waxy nuances, buttered toast, white flowers and lemon balm on the nose. Dry on the palate, with an animating grainy mouthfeel, fleur de sel and moderate acidity. It also has that ethereal citrus freshness and tart, fruity bitterness that is so unique to these wines. The finish is long, elegant and characterised by classic finesse.
