Tasting from 14.02.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Restrained bouquet with notes of citrus, yellow stone fruit and white flowers. In addition, nutty hints of pastry, honey and slightly greenish notes. Full-bodied, ripe on the palate, fine light stone fruit, honey, appears somewhat broad and finishes on mineral notes.
