Tasting Notes
Pale yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, a very inviting bouquet with nuances of gooseberry and guava, delicate herbal spice, red bell pepper, and a touch of minerality. The complex palate is juicy with fine wood spice, white peach, some lychee, silky and mineral, with white pepper notes on the long, spicy finish, this is a highly elegant wine, extremely complex and persistent, with definite ageing potential.
