Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicate notes of lemongrass, lychee and light nougat, delicately smoky and reductive, with a hint of bourbon vanilla. The palate is complex and elegant, with fine tropical fruit, a fruit texture and subtle acidity, very well balanced and harmonious, with peach notes on the saline mineral finish, a persistent, full-bodied yet delicate wine, that shows sure ageing potential.
