Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Inviting white fruit nuances with a hint of meadow herbs, hints of ripe gooseberry, some lychee and lime, but also some pineapple and sea salt. Elegant, good complexity, fine fruit sweetness, still very youthful and fresh after ten years, a hint of lime on the finish, mineral and good persistence, certainly further ageing potential for several years.
