Tasting Notes
Pale greenish yellow in colour; with hints of gooseberry jam, baby banana and a more vegetal savoury note. On the palate it's robust, packed with fine yellow fruit and a mineral baseline. The finish brings a core of sweet fruit. A little closed at the second, with leafy nuances dominating somewhat on the finish.
More about the tastingPale yellow-green. White tropical fruit, underlain with nuances of lemongrass and pink grapefruit, fine vegetal savouriness and a mineral touch. Powerful, full-bodied texture, ripe nuances of gooseberry and pear, fine acid structure, lemon nuances in the aftertaste. Complex style with great length and good development and ageing potential, will only develop fully in a few years. 2012 is undoubtedly a first-class vintage for white wines.
