Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. On the nose there's pear, gooseberry and blood orange alongside woody spice. A powerful palate with a mineral core and white tropical fruit notes, leading to a lemony finish which is still marked by wood. Will benefit from further bottle maturity, it's a bit unapproachable at the moment, so better to leave for another two or three years. .
More about the tastingLime zest, grapefruit, white peach, multi-layered bouquet. Mineral, silky, juicy stone fruit, balanced, powerful, underlaid with a racy acidity structure, very good length, delicate aftertaste of baby banana, equipped with power.
