Dark ruby, firm core, purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim, intense black forest berries, hints of nougat and olives, delicate herbal savouriness in the background, candied orange zest in the echo. Complex, taut texture, fine fruitiness, racy structure, salty minerality, ripe cherries in the aftertaste, lively style, good ageing potential.
