Tasting Notes
Very deep in colour, earthy-mineral nuances, delicately animalistic, some chocolate and leather, with dried plum in the background. Soft and silky on the palate, delicate wilted leaves on the finish, pleasant sweetness on the finish, a well-matured wine that still has plenty of certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingA delicious Lafleur: very deep in color, earthy-mineral notes on the nose, chocolate and leather resonate, again delicate and sweet with prunes (Zwetschkenröster). A soft and silky texture on the palate. Wilted rose petals on the finish, pleasant sweetness, beautifully ripe. (from Hardy Rodenstock)
