Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. On the nose at first very restrained, with hints of blackberry and liquorice, subtle spicy touch, and with blackberry confit in the background. On the palate it is substantial, complex and highly elegant, and completely hides its tannins as well as the alcohol under a sweet fruit blanket. It displays its minerality again on the finish with nice spicy notes. It has a great persistence and length. A classic!
