The red wine Les Pensées de Lafleur, vintage 2022 from the winery Château Lafleur has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc from the region Pomerol in France.
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, brightening on the rim. Delicate nougat and black cherries, fine savouriness, candied oranges, blackberries in the background. Juicy, round and substantial, always more opulent than Lafeur, firm, ripe and at the same time silky tannins are present in the background. Salty touch on the finish, discreet fruit in the echo, very good length, certain ageing potential.
