Tasting Notes
Quite a strong ruby garnet, black berry fruit, mulberry leaves, hints of elderberry confit, intense fruit, fine herbal spice, but with a clear touch of oxidation. Harmonious, freshly structured, a hint of red currants, medium body, medium concentration, peppery, somewhat leathery on the finish, brown apple in the aftertaste, not quite an optimal bottle.
